From the company, who seems to love to create its own crises, comes this ad: So far it seems to be creating controversy and offending people, but not selling many sandwiches. http://www.digitalcity.com/2009/06/25/burger-kings-dirty-super-seven-incher-plus-paris-hiltons-cupca/ http://popwatch.ew.com/popwatch/2009/06/burger-kings-super-seven-incher.html And the actual promotion itself from Burger King's Singapore Franchise: http://bon-food.com.sg/promotions/promotions.aspx Sadly, the Singapore Franchise doesn't seem to keep calorie information for their menu. |

I think the advertisement is a perfect example of how the Internet has changed things in the 21st century. Two decades ago no one ever saw Burger King's foreign advertisements. Today the Singapore franchise does a stupid ad, and because it is in English, everyone in America will likely see it via the Internet. It is hard to keep things local anymore. |
